Services · In-Home

Private physical therapy delivered in the environment where you live, work, and train.

In-home care is designed for clients whose schedule, privacy needs, family responsibilities, travel burden, or real-world environment make home-based treatment especially useful.

Why it exists

The value of care at home

No travel: your session starts when we arrive

Schedule efficiency for demanding calendars

Privacy

Assessment in your actual environment

Exercise built around the equipment you have

Family or caregiver context, when relevant

Direct application to daily life

In-home care isn’t universally superior. It’s the better fit for particular situations, and we’ll help you decide honestly.

Fit

Is in-home the right setting for you?

Often a good fit
  • Professionals with limited time, or substantial travel
  • People who value privacy
  • Anyone for whom getting to a clinic is the barrier
Often better served in clinic
  • Needs equipment unavailable at home
  • Requires advanced strength or conditioning progression
  • Home environment is unsuitable
  • Travel distance exceeds the service area
  • Clinic care offers greater value for the current goal

Your first visit

What happens during an in-home evaluation

The same clinical standards as clinic care:

  • Complete history
  • Safety screening
  • Assessment
  • A working explanation
  • Goal setting
  • An initial plan
  • A recommendation

Your environment may also be assessed when relevant: space, equipment, workstation, stairs, whatever your goals touch.

Initial Physical Therapy Evaluation (in-home): varies by location, confirmed before you schedule

Your in-home evaluation price will be confirmed before scheduling and provided in writing before you agree.

The work itself

What treatment may include

  • Education, assessment, and hands-on work
  • Strength using portable or available equipment
  • Home-program integration so the work continues between visits
Equipment

What we bring: and what helps to have

What Brandon brings: a portable treatment table, clinical assessment tools, bands and suspension equipment, and dry needling supplies.

What you need to have: enough clear floor space to move around and work out in, and a quiet, temperature-controlled room. Any equipment you already own can be worked into the session.

When your goals outgrow the home setting, we’ll plan a transition to the clinic or a gym rather than letting progress stall.

Service area and travel

Where we travel

  • Areas served: Within about 15 miles of central Austin
  • Travel boundaries: About 15 miles from central Austin
  • Travel fees: In-home pricing is quoted individually. It reflects travel time and location, because a home visit takes time away from the clinic, and it is set alongside your plan of care.
  • Scheduling limitations: In-home visits are scheduled around clinic availability. Weekend, early morning, and evening appointments can often be arranged and carry a premium.
  • Location requirements: A quiet, temperature-controlled room with enough clear floor space to move and train in.

Outside the service area? In-clinic care or a consultation to discuss alternatives may be the right path.

Privacy and home boundaries

Respect runs both directions

  • You decide who may be present.
  • Photography and recording happen only with consent.
  • Pets and environmental factors are worked around together.
  • A safe working space is required, for your privacy and the clinician’s safety.
  • Cancellation and access expectations are agreed in advance.
Straight answer

Why in-home care costs more

In-home visits deliver the same clinical model as the clinic, including physical therapy for persistent pain.

In-home pricing reflects travel, the time reserved for you, setup, convenience, environmental delivery, and reduced scheduling density. That’s the whole reason: it’s a service-delivery difference, not a status tier.

Pricing process

How the numbers are handled

  • The consultation and in-clinic evaluation prices are published; in-home evaluation pricing varies by location and is confirmed before scheduling
  • Ongoing in-home pricing is discussed after the consultation
  • You get the complete price before agreeing to anything

Transition planning

In-home care still aims toward independence. Depending on your goals, you may transition to clinic care, gym-based training, personal training, independent training, periodic reassessment, or graduate entirely.
