The work itself

What treatment may include

Education and hands-on work, including manual therapy and dry needling where they genuinely help.

Progressive resistance training, alongside mobility and conditioning built to match what your life asks of you.

Graded exposure, so the movements you have been avoiding come back deliberately rather than by accident.

Techniques follow assessment, never the other way around.

The Rebuild Method in the clinic

Three phases, one environment

Restore Trust, assessment, explanation, and early confident movement with immediate feedback.

Rebuild Capacity, the clinic’s equipment supports genuinely progressive loading, conditioning, and testing.

Participation

What working together looks like

  • You will be active; this is not passive treatment
  • The plan is individualized and between-session work matters
  • Pain is read in context, not as the only measure
Measurement

How progress is tracked

  • Functional goals and work capacity
  • Strength and movement confidence
  • Activity tolerance over time
Frequency and structure

How often will I come in?

It depends: honestly. Frequency reflects clinical need, complexity, goals, learning needs, schedule, financial burden, and your ability to practice independently. There is no universal treatment frequency, and we won’t publish one that doesn’t exist.

How ongoing care is priced

Transparent process, individualized numbers

  • The evaluation price is published

Quick answers

Common questions about in-clinic care

Will I just get exercises I could find online?

No. The value is individualized assessment, clinical reasoning, coached progression, and a plan that adapts to your response, not a generic exercise list.

Is this hands-on treatment or exercise-based?

Care is active and progressively challenging by design. Manual treatment is used when it’s useful to your plan, as a tool, not the destination. That balance is central to Brandon’s chronic pain approach.

If I book an evaluation, am I committed to a program?

No. The evaluation stands on its own. If ongoing care is recommended, you’ll receive the complete price and reasonable alternatives before deciding, with no same-day commitment required.
